SITUATED OFF SITE IN A QUIET CUL-DE-SAC Trispen adjoins Penmerric. It is a comfortable semi-detached bungalow sleeping four people plus cot, similar to Penmerric. It stands on private ground approx. 300 metres from the beach. There is a front lawn with tarmac drive to car port. The rear garden which is on two levels has a rotary clothes line, picnic table and chairs.
Living areas	The lounge has colour TV., electric heater, 2 settees, coffee table and table light. The kitchen has full size electric cooker, microwave, electric toaster, kettle, fridge, steam iron, ironing board, automatic washing machine, table and chairs.
Bedrooms	There are two bedrooms, the first has a double bed and bunk beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside light and electric wall heater. The second has two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall heater. A folding bed can be provided if accommodation is for six.
Bathroom	The bathroom is spacious with toilet, hand basin, bath and heated towel rail. Water is heated by immersion and electricity is metered (£1- slot). Smoke alarm. Duvet and pillows are provided for each bed but NO LINEN
