MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLETerms are for up to six people only. No more than six people per unit unless agreed in writing at the time of booking by us. A supplementary charge will be made depending on the week and the days they wish to stay. A child counts as a person irrespective of age.
FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLYNo all male or female parties - families and couples only (must be over 21 years old). NO MIXED OR SINGLE SEX PARTIES - SORRY.
TORCHBring a torch as the site is very dark in the evenings and the village has very few street lights.
DEPOSITSDeposits must be one third of total rent to the nearest pound. Balance must be paid three weeks before date of arrival - No cheques accepted on day of arrival. While every care is taken to avoid double booking, if this should occur a full refund of deposit will be made and no further liability accepted. Should a place become unavailable for any reason we reserve the right to move booking to equal or better accommodation.
ARRIVALSNo earlier than 3.00pm. or later than 6.00pm. unless we have been otherwise informed in writing, emergencies by telephone. All places normally ready by 3.00pm (Barring unforeseen circumstances causing slight delay) Site Office closes at 6.00pm. on Saturdays. If accommodations is not occupied by specified time (6.00pm. Saturday) we reserve the right to offer that accommodation for re-letting from 9.00am. on Sunday morning. - No refunds will be made. Buses from Newquay, stop close to the site entrance.
PARKINGParking is free for one car, a fee of £5 per week will be charged for second car. Parking is generally by unit but occasionally it may be necessary for vehicles to be parked elsewhere on site.
DEPARTUREPremises must be vacated no later than 10.00am. on Saturdays.

POLICYDogs belonging to responsible owners may be allowed, subject to my discretion, please check when booking. Charge is £20 per week plus £10 refundable cleaning bond provided the accommodation is free from dog hairs and is in satisfactory condition on your departure. Refunds will be made by the end of September, not before.
